The Employee Rights Toolkit is an online English and Spanish resource designed to increase awareness about employee rights in the employment eligibility process. It contains a variety of educational materials such as employee rights videos, flyers, and posters.
The Employee Rights Webinar Series was developed in collaboration with the Department of Justices Office of Special Counsel, Civil Rights Division and is geared at advocates and employees. It covers worker rights in the Form I-9 and E-Verify processes.
